Clinical analysis of emergency rescue of 28 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and respiratory failure
Objective: To investigate effective emergency rescue measures in treatment for patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and respiratory failure. Methods:Clinical data of 28 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and respiratory failure in our hospital from October 2011 to November 2013 were reviewed . Results: After treatment, the successful rescue rate of treatment group (92.86%)was significantly better than that of the control group(57.14%)(P<0.05). Duration of mechanical ventilation , sane time , ICU stay , and 60% of the time to revitalize CHE of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion: Continuous veno- venous hemofiltration (CVVH) treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and respiratory failure has significant clinical effect.
