Objective: To explore the risk factors existing in the nursing care of patients with cardiovascular system and respiratory system and the effect ofapplication of nursing risk management. Methods: in my hospital nursing riskcardiovascular characteristics of common respiratory patients were analyzed and discussed, summarizes the countermeasures and methods for thecorrelation of risk management, wil not the implementation of risk management as the control group, the implementation of targeted riskmanagement as the observation group, compared two groups of patients with nursing management (the occurrence of nursing errors and disputes,and patient satisfaction) clinical effect. Results: the two groups were compared, and the observation group to implement risk management ofnursing errors, medical disputes and patient satisfaction were superior to the control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05), there was statistical significance. Conclusion: most of patients with cardiovascular respiratory system for elderly patients in nursing risk, different comprehensive care,affect the quality of care, to take risk management can significantly improve the quality of nursing management and nursing safety, prevent and eliminate the occurrence of nursing safety hidden danger.
