以病例为引导教学法在本科生普通外科实习教学中的应用

目的:探讨以病例为引导教学法在本科生普通外科实习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取我院普通外科实习的80例本科生作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组每组40例。观察组给予以病例为引导教学法,对照组给予传统教学法。所有的学生实习4周后,进行普通外科基础理论测试和临床综合能力考核。结果:观察组学生的普通外科基础理论测试成绩和临床综合能力考核成绩均高于对照组,两组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以病例为引导教学法在本科生普通外科实习教学中的应用效果比传统教学模式好,适用于推广使用。
The application of problem-based learning and case-based study in the practice teaching of general surgery
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of problem-based learning and case-based study in the practice teaching of general surgery. Methods 80 cases of students were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, each group has 40 cases. The observation group received the problem-based learning and case-based study methods while the control group received the traditional teaching methods. Four weeks later, al the students received the basic theory test and clinical comprehensive ability assessment. Results The score of the basic theory test and clinical comprehensive ability assessment of the observation group were both higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The problem-based learning and case-based study methods is better than the traditional teaching methods, it should be widely used.
