一种常见精神病患者住院护理的量化标准体会分析

摘要
目的：探讨对一种常见精神病患者住院护理的量化标准体会分析。方法：使用护士用简明精神病量表(N-BPRS)临床疗效总评量表中的病情严重程度量表（S I）分别对120例精神分裂症患者入院时及入院后进行统一的测评，比较对精神分裂症患者进行分级护理的量化标准测评。结果：精神分裂症的患者通过N-BPRS量化分值在各护理级别之间标准量化分值比较具有显著的差异(P＜0.05），有统计学意义。结论：使用N-BPRS量表的评定分值进行精神分裂症分级护理量化标准是比较可行的，而且护师以上资历的护士实施一定的培训后均能够熟练的掌握各项临床护理流程，比较容易操作。
Abstract
Objective: To explore the experience of analysis on a hospital care for patients withcommon mental disease quantification standard. Methods: using nurses with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (N - BPRS) clinical global impression of severity scale (SI)assessment respectively in 120 patients with schizophrenia hospitalized patients during and after admission were unified, quantitative evaluation of schizophrenia patients were graded nursing. Results: schizophrenic patients by N BPRS quantitative scoresbetween the nursing level standard quantitative scores have significant difference (P < 0.05), there was statistical significance. Conclusion: is feasible for schizophreniagrading nursing quantification standard using the N BPRS scale scores, and nurseabove the nurses certain training were able to master al kinds of clinical nursing process, easy to operate.
