Purpose:To investigate the pathological diagnosis of cervical lymph node enlargement and puncture cellline to learn cellcharacteristics and clinical significance.Method:We selected 200 cases treated patients in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 who have cervical lymphadenopathy as research subjects.And we take the fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) on them.Confirmed the test results were compared with clinical cases,and then we calculate compliance rate.Result:The accuracy of 200 cases diagnosed patients was 94.5%.The rate of 61 cases of clinical y diagnosed lymphatic system was 95.3%.The rate of 107 cases of clinical y diagnosed Lymphadenitis was 94.7%.The rate of 8 cases of clinical y diagnosed malignant lymphoma was 95.3%.There is one case castleman, and it wsa not detected clinical y, resulting in misdiagnosis.Conclusion:Biopsy diagnosis of cervical lymphadenopathy cells have significant value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
