Objective: To investigate the nursing with the operation of total hip replacement. Methods: I 36 cases of total hip replacement patients, randomly dividedthe control group and the observation group, the control group routine nursing measures, operation and nursing measures of patients, comparing the two groups of patients with operation time, operation as wel as bleeding complications and rate.Results: the amount of bleeding and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly better than the control group to observe the operation time, operationpatients of different nursing measures, significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: fortotal hip arthroplasty operation nursing effectively, can improve the operationtherapeutic effect is obvious, to speed up the operation time, and reduce the incidence of complications, by doctors and patients.
