Objective: to explore the uterus myoma eliminating in gynecological clinical application value. Methods: our hospital in 2010-2012 were treated by open uterine fibroids rejecting and minimal y invasive with 40 patients with uterine fibroids rejecting operation, to analyze its clinical data with retrospective method, inductive gynecological uterine fibroids eliminate intraoperative clinical significance.
