摘要
目的：探究子宫肌瘤剔除术在妇科临床上的应用价值。方法：对本院2010年-2012年以来收治接受开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术和微创子宫肌瘤剔除术患者各有40例，对其临床资料以回顾性方法进行分析，归纳妇科临床上子宫肌瘤剔除术的意义。结果：相对于开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术，微创手术方法除了住院时间外其余均有显著优越性；开腹手术方法在肌瘤剔除数量方面有优越性，两者对比均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：临床常用的子宫肌瘤剔除术有开腹和微创两种方式，子宫肌瘤剔除术术后并发症少，能够有效剔除患者子宫肌瘤，不会影响子宫正常活动，但对患者选择哪种手术方式进行治疗需要考虑患者的实际情况以及尊重其个人意愿，最大程度保障患者的身体健康以及生活质量。
Abstract
Objective: to explore the uterus myoma eliminating in gynecological clinical application value. Methods: our hospital in 2010-2012 were treated by open uterine fibroids rejecting and minimal y invasive with 40 patients with uterine fibroids rejecting operation, to analyze its clinical data with retrospective method, inductive gynecological uterine fibroids eliminate intraoperative clinical significance. Results: compared with the open uterine fibroids rejecting, minimal y invasive surgery method in addition to the length of hospital stay the rest of the al have significant superiority; Open operation method has superiority in myoma eliminating quantity, both comparisons were statistical y significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical commonly used uterine fibroids weed out there is open and minimal y invasive operation in two ways, uterine fibroids out less postoperative complications, patients can effectively eliminate uterine fibroids, wil not affect the normal activity of the uterus, but the type of surgery for patients to choose what kind of treatment need to consider the patient's actual situation and respect their personal wish and maximize the protection of the patient's body health and quality of life.
