The clinical experience of lobectomy of benign thyroid diseases with Improved Miccoli methods
objective: to investigate the improved Miccoli surgery in thyroid benign disease clinical application feasibility and clinical effect. Methods: retrospective analysis of our hospital from October 2005 to July 2010 rows modified Miccoli surgical treatment of thyroid benign disease, 131 cases of clinical data. Results: 131 cases of surgery, 130 cases of success, one case of bleeding transit open surgery, surgery time 35 ~ 155 min, an average of 56 min. Intraoperative blood loss 5 ~ 30 ml, an average of 10 ml. Postoperative hospital 1 ~ 7 days, an average of 3.5 days. Postoperative fol ow-up of 3 ~ 56 months, without relapse of thyroid ultrasound and CT examination. Conclusion: the application of modified Miccoli surgery for benign thyroid diseases is safe and feasible.
