the efficacy and adverse reaction of different dose of simvastatin in treating coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease complicated withhyperlipemia were randomly divided into 3 groups: A group were given simvastatin 20mg/d oral, B group were given simvastatin 40mg/d oral, C group were given simvastatin 80mg/d oral. In the 3 groups before treatment and periodical y during the detection of serum cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) index and safety (TG, ALT, CR, BUN and CK), to compare the efficacy and safety of different doses of simvastatin. Results simvastatin dose of 80mg/d reduced TC, LDL-C effect. Conclusion simvastatinconventional dose (80mg) in treating coronary heart disease withhyperlipidemia can obtain satisfactory effects.
