A case of congenital giant nevus is reported.A 7-year-old girl presented with scattered black patches and plaques on her whole skin for 7 years. Physical examinations showed that the patient was heathy in general,with a black plaque approximately 10×5cm on the right face,and with a giant black plaque on the right thigh,there are many various sizes round or oval black patches and plaques on the other parts of the face and limbs.The surface of the lesions was rough with relatively clear boundaries,which was touched as a feeling of infiltrating and there are many black hairs on them.Clinical diagnosis:congenital giant nevus.
