中药蒲公英花中总黄酮的分离纯化研究

目的:研究确定分离纯化中药蒲公英花中总黄酮的实验条件。方法:应用D-101大孔吸附树脂对蒲公英花中的总黄酮进行精制纯化,确定最好的精制纯化条件。结果:最佳精制纯化条件p H3.0,2B V上样量,2B V/h流速。结论:在最佳条件下,蒲公英花中总黄酮的分离纯化效果最好,可为蒲公英花中总黄酮的分离纯化提供更完善的科学依据。
Objective: To study the separation and purification of total flavonoids determined experimental conditions of Chinese medicine dandelion flowers. Methods: the total flavonoids by macroporous resin D-101 to dandelion flowers was purified, determine the best purification the purification condition. Results: the optimum purification conditions of pH3.0, 2BV, sample volume, flow rate of 2BV/h. Conclusion: under the optimal conditions, total flavone from dandelion flowers best purification purification effect, provide better scientific basis for total flavonoids from dandelion flowers.
