测量疼痛的方法包括词语和数字的自我评定量表、行为观察量表和生理学方法。要想使医护人员更好的了解患者的疼痛情况，疼痛评估工具的选择与正确应用尤为重要。本文将目前主要的几种评估工具结合在一起，从数字、文字等方面动态地了解患者的疼痛情况，为主治大夫提供较准确地治疗依据。
