objective: to study the patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis treated with microwave method and the corresponding nursing clinical effect. Methods: in our hospital for treatment of 36 cases of patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis, for al the patients were treated with microwave method, and according to patients condition related to nursing and observe the clinical therapeutic effect of patients, the patients in the treatment of complications were observed in the process of analysis. Results: after treatment, the patient's clinical therapeutic effects were observed, the patient's clinical treatment the total effective rate was 94.4%, including 20 patients to heal, eight patients to pay off, six patients for effective, only 2 patients were invalid. To observe adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients, al patients were serious adverse reactions occur, complete treatment successful y. Conclusion: to treat chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis using microwave and related nursing care, can achieve good clinical effect, treatment efficiency is higher, the patient's clinical symptoms can be significantly improved, and there wil be no serious adverse reaction occurred in the process of treatment, can be further popularized in clinic.
