摘要
目的：通过对流行性腮腺炎合并脑炎脑膜炎症候群（腮脑）患者的回顾性分析，总结中医证候特点，为临床诊治提供参考依据。方法收集2006年-2013年8月份本院160例患者基本信息，填写《脑炎脑膜炎中医临床信息采集表》，运用描述性统计与聚类分析方法，分析腮脑的中医证候特征。结果中医证候以发热、头痛、恶心、呕吐、项强、倦怠为主，意识障碍轻微或无；证型主要是卫气同病型。结论腮脑的中医证候主要以卫气同病型为主。
Abstract
Objective By retrospective analsising,to summarize the characteristic of TCM syndrome of mumps with meningitis or encephalitis case,and then to provide a basis for clinical treating.Methods We col ect one hundred sixty patients clinical information in our hospital from 2006 to 2013 in August.And fil out the "form of Clinical information of meningitis or encephalitis",then analyse the characteristics of TCM syndromes. by using descriptive statistics and cluster analysis method,.Results The main TCM syndrome include fever and headache and nausea and vomiting and tiredness,the change of consciousness is light; classification of TCM syndromes is harm with WEI FEN and QIFEN together.Conclusion Classification of TCM syndromes of mumps with meningitis or encephalitis is harm with WEI FEN and QIFEN together, and wil be treated to it.In this way,the patient’s condition wil be control ed ,but not to be serious.
