摘要
目的：分析苏州市姑苏区主要传染病的季节性变化特征。方法：采用集中度和圆形分布法对苏州市姑苏区2012-2013年的8种主要传染病的流行季节特征进行分析。结果：手足口病、其他感染性腹泻病和流行性腮腺炎的M值分别为0.3471、0.3279和0.4069；用圆形分布法求得手足口病、其他感染性腹泻病和流行性腮腺炎的发病高峰日分别为6月6日、2月7日和5月26日；集中度M值和圆形分布R值呈高度正相关（r=0.99，P﹤0.01）。结论：手足口病、其他感染性腹泻病和流行性腮腺炎有一定的季节性。
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the seasonal characteristics of main infectious diseases in Gusu district of Suzhou city. Method: Concentration degree and circular distribution method were used to analyze the epidemic seasonal characteristics of main infectious diseases from 2012 to 2013 in Gusu district of Suzhou city. Result: From 2012 to 2013, the M-value of HFMD, other infectious diarrhea and mumps were 0.3471, 0.3279 and 0.4069; the peak time of HFMD, other infectious diarrhea and mumps were June 6, February 7 and May 26 using circular distribution method; there was positive correlation between M-value and R-value (r=0.99,P﹤0.01). Conclusion: HFMD, other infectious diarrhea and mumps had certain seasonal characteristics.
