探讨测量不确定度在临床生化检验中的应用

目的:探讨测量不确定度在临床生化检验中的应用效果。方法我院收治86例生化检验临床患者,分别抽取静脉血,进行各项生化检验,对不同检测指标的不确定度进行统计。结果统计86例患者的生化检验结果发现,γ-谷氨酰转移酶不确定度为13.89,N a+的不确定度为1.33,K+为2.41,各项生化检验指标中的不确定度存在明显差异。结论应用不确定度进行临床生化检验,可对检测结果的分散性和准确性进行充分反映,有效的降低了检测误差,值得推广。
objective to evaluate the measurement uncertainty in the clinical application of biochemical test results. methods Our hospital 86 cases of clinical patients, biochemical test extraction of venous blood, respectively, for the biochemical test, uncertainty of different measurements. Results statistical biochemical test results of 86 cases were found, gamma glutamine transferase uncertainty is 13.89, the uncertainty of Na+ 1.33, K+ 2.41, the biochemical test indexes of uncertainty exists obvious difference. Conclusion application of uncertainty for clinical biochemical test, dispersion and the accuracy of test results may be ful y reflected, effectively reduce the detection error, is worth promoting.
