摘要
目的：分析狂犬疫苗接种后不良反应发生情况，并探讨有效的护理干预。方法：将我院近年来接种狂犬疫苗的2653例患者作为研究对象，对其注射疫苗期间不良反应发生情况进行观察，同时给予患者有效的护理干预。结果：2653例患者发生不良反应患者1.47%，其中轻度不良反应36例，主要表现为局部疼痛、红肿、发热、瘙痒、乏力等，3例重度不良反应，表现为全身荨麻疹；﹤10岁及﹥60岁患者不良反应率较高。经积极护理干预后，所有患者不良反应均消失。结论：针对狂犬疫苗注射后不良反应发生的特点给予有效的护理干预，加强接种疫苗的监护，有助于患者的康复。
Abstract
objective: to analysis the rabies vaccine after the adverse reactions occur, and to explore effective nursing intervention. Methods: 2653 cases with rabies vaccine in recent years as the research object, the vaccine adverse reactions occurred during the study to observe, at the same time give patients with effective nursing intervention. Results: 2653 cases of patients with adverse reactions was 1.47%, including mild adverse reactions to 36 cases, main show is local pain, redness, fever, pruritus, fatigue, etc., 3 cases of severe adverse reactions, characterized by systemic urticaria. ﹤ 10 years and ﹥ 60 patients with adverse reaction rate is higher. After positive nursing intervention, al the adverse reaction of patients. Conclusion: according to the characteristic of occurring after the rabies vaccine injection adverse reaction and effective nursing intervention, strengthen the monitoring, vaccination is helpful for the recovery of patients.
