objective to investigate the brain trauma and postoperative clinical treatment countermeasures of concurrent subdural effusion. Method to choose between April 2010 and May 2010 to the hospital to accept brain trauma and postoperative concurrent subdural effusion treatment of 60 cases of patients, randomly divided into two groups, observation group were treated by hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment, the control group were treated by venous indwel ing needle puncture drainage therapy treatment, compared two groups of patients before and after treatment the thickness of subdural effusion, clinical curative effect and treatment of complications occurred in the process of case, and use SPSS 13.0 software package for the statistical analysis of the comparison results of two groups of patients. Results the thickness of the two groups of patients with subdural effusion and clinical curative effect of no significant difference, P ﹥ 0.05, no statistical significance; Observation group of patients in the process of treatment patients with complications is less than the control group, P ﹤0.05. Conclusion hyperbaric oxygen therapy and venous indwel ing needle puncture drainage therapy of brain trauma and postoperative concurrent subdural effusion treatment to achieve the ideal treatment effect, at the same time, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, treatment of the complications in the process of less than intravenous indwel ing needle puncture drainage method, can be used as a brain injury and postoperative concurrent the ideal treatment of subdural effusion, have clinical application value.
