dynamic hip screws for the treatment of clinical effect. Methods: col ected from December 2012 to December 2013 during the diagnosis and treatment of 56 patients with femoral complexity fracture as the research object, adopt the way of randomized patients divided into observation group and control group, 28 cases in each group of patients. The control group treated with dynamic hip screw, observation group with reconstruction interlocking intramedul ary nail treatment, to analyze the clinical effect of two groups of patients. Results:the results showed that, the observation group and the control group of patients with operation time has no obvious difference (P ﹤ 0.05), but the length of time of observation group was obviously shorter than the control group (P ﹤ 0.05), intraoperative blood loss and postoperative flow significantly less than the control group (P ﹤ 0.05). Conclusion: reconstruction of ac/complexity of interlocking intramedul ary nailing for femoral fracture mode of clinical effect is better than that of dynamic hip screw, can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of patients and reduce the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative flow, is worth popularization in clinical application.
