摘要
目的：总结鼻内窥镜辅助下微波治疗鼻出血的应用价值。方法：对我院2008年4月-2013年12月98例鼻出血患者进行鼻腔检查，找出出血点和出血原因，并有针对性地进行微波治疗。结果：经过一系列的治疗之后，显效95例（96.94%）；有效2例（2.04%）；无效1例（1.02%），显示出良好的效果。结论：鼻内窥镜能准确找出鼻出血的部位，从而提高手术视野清晰度，减小手术损伤，术后具有反应轻，疗效确切，是一种良好的治疗方法，值得在临床上推广应用。
