oobjective:Explore the swal owing disorder etiology and treatment effect evaluation. METHODS: Retrospective analysis of our department between January 2011 and January 2013, 248 cases of hospitalized patients with DD etiology and treatment effect .RESULTS: Swal owing dysfunction in the highest incidence of stroke. 87.5% of patients with comprehensive treatment can improve the DD.CONCLUSION: High rates of swal owing disorder, correct diagnosis, treatment, can significantly improve the treatment effect .
