objective: to study the chest cavity injection in the treatment of tuberculous exudative pleurisy effect. Methods: our hospital inpatients, selecting 30 cases as treatment group, the other 30 cases as control group, control group adopt comprehensive therapy, the treatment group on the basis of the thoracic cavity injection of 654-2. Result: two groups of results comparison, the 654-2 chest injection treatment of 20 patients with tuberculous exudative pleurisy have achieved obvious curative effect. Conclusion: 654-2 chest injection does make the tuberculous exudative pleurisy pleural effusion absorption is fast, the advantages of the symptoms disappear quickly, can be used as one of the comprehensive treatment of tuberculous exudative pleurisy.
