摘要
为观察痔清舒熏洗剂联合地奥司明片治疗炎性痔的临床疗效，我们将120例炎性痔患者分别采用痔清舒熏洗剂联合地奥司明片（治疗组）、单用痔清舒熏洗剂（对照I组）或地奥司明片（对照I 组）治疗，治疗4d、7d比较三组水肿、疼痛改善情况。结果显示：治疗组总显效率明显高于对照I组和对照I 组， P<0.05。结果表明，痔清舒熏洗剂联合地奥司明片治疗炎性痔疗效显著，优于单用痔清舒熏洗剂、地奥司明片。
Abstract
For the objective of investigating the clinical effect of zhiqigshu xunxiji combined with Diosmin tablet in the treatment of inflammatory Hemorrhoids authors adopted fol owing different methods to treat 120 patients with this disease :treatment group(n=40) received adove combined therapy,I control ed group alone the xunxiji,I controi ed group alone the oral tablet(n=40,each group),then later 4 days,7 days after the treatmen status of edema,pain of the three groups were compared each other.As results,the total excellent efficacy rate of treatment group was significantly higher than of I,I control ed groups(P〈0.05).Results indicate that the combination therapy is superior to alone using the xunxiji or the tablet.
