objective: treatment of advanced analysis of hydrochloric acid, the king threatened abortion and premonitory nursing effect of preterm birth. Methods: col ected in March 2013 to March 2014 in our hospital were clinical data of 76 cases of patients with adanced threatened abortion, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 38 cases respectively. The control group treated with magnesium sulfate intravenous drip routine nursing care, observation group treated with hydrochloric acid, jun nursing intervention, in the final analysis in patients with two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, contractions improve time, spuc success rate, etc. Results: observation group of patients with clinical symptoms disappear time, contractions are improved significantly shorter than the control group, spuc success rate is significantly higher than the control group, significant difference, statistical y significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: treated with hydrochloric acid, jun threatened abortion and precursor in late preterm births, and nursing intervention, to improve the clinical symptoms, delay gestational age, improve spuc high success rate, worthy of clinical promotion.
