摘要
巯甲丙脯酸为转化酶抑制剂，降压作用好副作用少，引起咳嗽在临床比较少见，本文列举一例应用巯甲丙脯酸后导致的顽固性咳嗽的患者，对此进行原因分析，停药后，干咳症状逐渐消失，不留后遗症。
Abstract
Captopril for converting enzyme inhibitor, the antihypertensive effect of good little side effect, causing coughing is rare in clinic, this paper lists in a patient with intractable lead to the application of captopril after coughing, analyzed the reasons, after stopping the medicine, cough symptoms gradual y disappear, leaving no sequela.
