摘要
高效液相色谱法分析硫酸庆大霉素注射液C组分中各种因素的影响，如色谱柱、流动相配比。在上述研究基础上建立了以甲醇：水：甲酸（70：25：5）为流动相系统，在16min内即可完成样品分析，且C1峰与相邻杂质峰获得了良好分离。
