摘要
目的：了解重度抑郁障碍患者主要照顾者的情绪状态水平。方法：采用ZUNG抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及一般状况调查量表对72例重度抑郁障碍患者主要照顾者进行调查。结果：72例重度抑郁障碍患者照顾者SDS、SAS评分均显著高于国内常模(P＜0.01)，不同照顾者性别、亲属级别、文化程度、患者性别、病程长短之间SDS、SAS评分均无显著差异（P>0.05）。结论：重度抑郁障碍患者照顾者抑郁、焦虑症状显著，应重视由此引发的心理问题，及早给予相应的心理支持干预措施。
Abstract
Objective: To study the Emotional status of the caregivers of major depressive disorder patients. Methods: 72 caregivers of major depressive disorder patients were respectively tested with SDS, SAS and self designed questionnaire. The result was compared with norms of Chinese. Results: The mean scores of depression and anxiety were obviously higher in 72 caregivers of major depressive disorder patients(P<0.01). There was no significant difference of SAS&SDS scores of the caregivers between different genders, relative levels, cultural degrees, patients’ genders and disease durations(P>0.05). Conclusion: There were obvious depression and anxiety symptoms in the caregivers of major depressive disorder patients, we should pay attention to the psychological problems of the caregivers, and offer psychological interventions in time.
