Investigation of surface antibody Yantai 458 cases of children with hepatitis B
Objective: tracked 458 normal immunization program for children to complete the hepatitis B vaccination of hepatitis B antibodies, the reference data for the prevention of hepatitis. Methods: 458 children in serum using an enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) to detect hepatitis B antibody results were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 93.6% of 8-month-old children with hepatitis B antibody positive, and 4 years of age when HBV antibody positive rate was 19.2%, the difference is obvious. Shenzhen Kangtai vaccine inoculation alone 8-month-old children with hepatitis B antibody positive rate of 90.9%, 4 years of hepatitis B antibody positive rate of 12.1%, 8-month-old child mixed hepatitis B vaccination antibody positive rate was 91.4%, 4 years of hepatitis B antibody positive rate of 16.5%, the difference was not statistical y significant. Conclusions: HBV antibody positive rate 4-year-olds decreased significantly compared with 8-month-old child, and the mix of hepatitis B vaccination does not affect antibody production results in a timely manner to the antibody-negative children in a timely manner to replant the prevention of hepatitis B vaccine is important.
