cost-effectiveness of two different treatments for the viral pneumonia with ganciclovir or potassium sodium dehydroandrograpolide succinate for injection
Objective To investigate the cost-effectiveness of two different treatments for the viral pneumonia with ganciclovir or potassium sodium dehydroandrograpolide succinate for injection. Methods Chose 112 patients with viral pneumonia from January 2012 to January 2014,and divided them into two groups,potassium sodium dehydroandrograpolide succinate group and ganciclovir group. Results The total effective rates in two groups were not different(P>0.05);after 1 unit of effect,the cost in the ganciclovir group was smal er than that in the potassium sodium dehydroandrograpolide succinate group. Conclusion The clinical effect of ganciclovir is remarkable,and the cost is smal .
