Disinfection Quality Analysis of School Tableware from 2012 to 2013 in Urban Area of Some County in Fujian Province
Objective: To know the disinfect sanitary condition of school tableware in urban area of some county in Fujian province from 2012 to 2013, and provide scientific basis for preventing food-borne diseases and strengthening hygienic monitoring and management of school tableware. Methods: Using colibacil us fast scraps of paper method in GB 14934-1994, the result of dishware supervisory interpertation of about 22 canteens in 20 schools from kindergartens, schools and secondary has been analyzed. Results: The qualified rate of the disinfected dishware is 61.9% in 2012-2013, and in the kindergartens it is obviously higher than that of schools(64.9%) and secondary(53.8%)(χ2=24.91,P<0.01). The qualified rate of bowls is the highest(73.2%), then is the cups’(68.9%), while the chopsticks have the lowest rate, being 42.5%. The sanitary condition of schools in 2013 improves, which is slightly above that in 2012. Conclusion: The general sanitation status of the dishware which should be improved in schools in urban area of some county in Fujian province is not optimistic, and the sanitation and disinfection work should be paid more attention and strengthened. At the same time, the medical administrative department should enhance publicity and guide, and supervision, special y in schools and secondary.
