摘要
目的：分析16例骨梗死的磁共振影像特征，探讨磁共振在骨梗死诊断中的价值。材料与方法：回顾性对2003年5月-2013年5月经临床确诊骨梗死并行磁共振检查的16例患者进行影像分析。结果：骨梗死磁共振可出现特异性地图样改变，T1W I上为低信号，T2W I上为高信号。结论：磁共振对骨梗死的诊断具有较高的敏感性和特异性。
Abstract
Objective: Analysis of magnetic resonance imaging features of 16 cases with bone infarction, MRI in the diagnosis of bone infarction in the value.Materials and methods:Review the 16 cases of -2013 years in 2003 May 5 menstrual clinical diagnosis of bone infarction in paral el magnetic resonance examination in patients with image analysis.Result:Bone infarction MRI can appear specific pattern change, for the low signal on T1WI, high signal on T2WI.Conclusion:With higher MRI diagnosis of bone infarction sensitivity and specificity.
