Purpose:Observe the Beijing edition of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale, MoCA) on cognitive dysfunction in female patients with depression assessment results, and to test the validity of its standards.Method:applications Mini Mental State Examination Scale(Mini-MentalState Examination,MMSE),and MoCA were the experimental group(49 cases of women with depression) and control group (47 cases of healthy women) to assess cognitive function, corresponding to the experimental group were given clinical treatment and at 8 weeks after the MMSE and MoCA assessment again. Results:The patients in the control group and the experimental group before and after treatment MoCA and MMSE scores were correlated with good (r = 0.901,r=0.892,r=0.871,P<0.05).MoCA experimental group before and after treatment, and the total score for each subtest score differences compared with the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05), patients in the experimental group after 8 weeks of treatment,in addition to delay edmemory, abstraction, visuos patial executive function, compared with treatment MoCA before each subtest scores and total scores improved significantly, with a statistical y significant (P<0.05).Before treatment, the experimental group was significantly higher detection rate MoCA MMSE detection rate. The difference was statistical y significant (χ2=5.63,P<0.05).Conclusion: MoCA screening women for depression in patients with cognitive dysfunction in clinical standards with reliable validity, compared with the MMSE, MoCA screening women for depression in patients with cognitive dysfunction have better sensitivity.
