Objective To study the correlation between HCV RNA quantitation and anti-HCV level in the chronic hepatitis C patients. Methods HCV RNA quantitation of 95 in the chronic hepatitis C patients were detected by auantitafed fluorescence quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(FQ-RT-PCR) and anti-HCV level were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay ELISA. Results There was positive correlation (r =0.883,P<0.01) between anti-HCV and HCV RNA in the chronic hepatitis C patients. Conclusion Simultaneously testing the quantitation of HCV RNA and Anti-HCV is helpful for the early diagnosis and treatment of Hepatitis C infenction.
