Objective to investigate the nursing of elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale night point analysis. Methods: selection of 60 patients admitted in our department of senile patients with chronic cor pulmonale discussion analysis, wil be randomly divided into two groups, a group of routine nursing measures for the control group, a group of night nursing measures as the observation group, two groups of patients in the comparison. Results: the incidence of observation group patients at night, the length of time and patient satisfaction were better than the control group patients, by comparing the two significant difference (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: strengthening the nursing of elderly patients with chronic cor pulmonale night can significantly reduce the length of hospital stay and incidence of patients, improve patient satisfaction.
