探讨关节镜下滑膜清理术配合自拟中药方治疗膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的：探讨在关节镜的指引下清理滑膜术联合自制中药方治疗膝关节滑膜炎的效果。方法：将我院68例膝关节滑膜炎患者均分为两组：对照组与实验组。对照组采用单一的滑膜清理术；实验组加用自拟中药联合治疗，经过治疗比较两组好转率及术后并发症。结果：实验组的好转率明显高于对照组；实验组患者术后并发症的发生率显著低于对照组。结论：在关节镜的指引下清理滑膜术联合自制中药方治疗膝关节滑膜炎效果显著，可提高病情好转率，降低术后并发症。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate under the guidance of arthroscopic surgery to clean up the synovial joint homemade prescription treatment of knee synovitis effect. Methods: 68 cases of knee synovitis hospital patients were divided into two groups: a control group and the experimental group. The control group using a single synovial debridement; improvement rate after treatment were compared and the experimental group were treated with postoperative complications combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine Self. Results: The improvement rate was significantly higher in the experimental group; incidence of postoperative complications in patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion: Clean under the guidance of arthroscopic surgery synovial joint homemade prescription treatment of knee synovitis significant effect, can improve the condition improved rate and reduce complications.
