摘要
目的:深入了解实习生不愿从事儿科工作的原因,为护理管理者提供参考。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对在儿科实习后的实习生进行非结构式访谈,用现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果:脏乱差的儿科环境、艰难的护患沟通、高危险性的护理操作、精细的药物剂量换算、低的福利待遇等都是导致实习生不愿从事儿科工作的主要原因。结论:各种因素都会对实习生选择在儿科工作产生不良影响,管理者应采取有效方法来提高实习生的工作积极性,转变实习生对从事儿科工作的态度。
Abstract
Objective: probe trainee wil not engage in children's work, offer reference for nursing managers. Methods: Qualitative research methods used in the research methods, and the conglomeration of the children's practice of the trainee on the structure of the interview with conglomeration analysis for data analysis. Results: Dirty, Messy Bad the environment of a high risk communication, the hands of the operation, specific medicine the dose conversion, the low benefits are al trainees wil not result in the main cause of children's work. Conclusion : various factors to the trainee wil choose an adverse effect on children's work, managers should take effective measures to improve the interns' job to play a positive change for a children's work as an intern.
