摘要
目的：分析讨论喉罩的临床应用。方法：选取158例使用喉罩的患者，对其应用情况进行回顾性总结分析。结果：使用喉罩的158例患者中，喉罩全麻152例手术有胃肠道开腹手术、腹腔镜胆囊切除手术、小儿手术麻醉等等；用于紧急心肺复苏6例；选用3号喉罩31例，4号喉罩127例，1次成功置入131例，第2次成功置入15例，第3次用中指引导置入6例、用喉镜置入4例，2例放弃；喉罩放置时间平均为2.59h，发生漏气现象4例。结论：喉罩在临床麻醉中的应用广泛，也可用于急症困难气道，喉罩的应用已大于气管插管，而且喉罩的应用使困难插管比例下降，喉罩的临床应用给麻醉管理带来了新的选择和新的思路。为气道管理提供了新的简便易行的方法。
Abstract

Conclusion Application of laryngeal mask in clinical anesthesia widely, can also be used for emergency difficult airway, the application of laryngeal mask has been greater than the tracheal intubation, and the application of laryngeal mask to the decline in the proportion of difficult intubation, laryngeal mask anesthesia management of clinical application to bring new choices and new ideas.
