摘要
目的：探讨根管治疗牙髓病及根尖周病的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2012年1月至2013年4月收治的46例（65颗患牙）牙髓病及根尖周病患者采取RCT治疗，对其根管充填治疗进行分析。结果：在65颗患牙的充填治疗中，恰填53颗，占总比例的81.5%，欠填8颗，占总比例的12.3%，超填5颗，占总比例的7.7%，前牙根管充填成功率明显高于磨牙，（P＜0.05）差异有统计学意义。结论：根管充填对牙髓病和根尖周病进行治疗，其疗效显著，行根管充填效果与牙位相关，也与钙化度、根管弯曲度相关。
Abstract
Objective: to study the root canal treatment of dental pulp diseases and periapical disease clinical curative effect. Methods: our hospital between January 2012 and April 2013 were 46 patients (65 with tooth) dental pulp diseases and periapical disease treated with RCT, analyzes its root canal fil ing treatment. Results: in 65 of tooth fil ing treatment, just fil in 53, accounting for 81.5% of the proportion of the total, owe to fil eight, accounts for 12.3% of the proportion of the total, super five, accounts for 7.7% of the proportion of the total, root canal fil ing success rate was significantly higher molar, before (P < 0.05) difference was statistical y significant. Conclusion: root canal fil ing of dental pulp diseases and periapical disease treatment, the curative effect is distinct, the line of tooth root canal fil ing effect and the related, also associated with calcification degrees, root tube bending.
