48例同步三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗小细胞肺癌的临床分析

摘要
目的：分析和探讨同步三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法：将我院收治的96例小细胞肺癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各48例。其中对照组采用化疗治疗，观察组采用同步三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗。观察治疗后2组的疗效和不良反应。结果：对照组和观察组患者的总有效率分别为分别为75%和95.83%。观察组的不良反应主要为放射性肺炎和食管炎，但经相应处理后均得到控制，同时，观察组和对照组患者均出现呕吐、恶心和白细胞减少的情况，但组间差异不明显。结论：同步三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗小细胞肺癌的临床效果显著，值得临床上推广使用。
Abstract
Objective Analyze the clinical outcomes on three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and concurrent chemotherapy for smal cel lung cancer. Methods 96 patients with smal cel lung cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group The control group were treated by the chemotherapy, and the observation group were reated by three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy. After treatment, the efficacy and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of control group and observation group were 75% and 95.83% respectively. And the mainly adverse reactions in observation group were radiation pneumonitis and esophagitis. Meanwhile, the vomiting, nausea and neutropenia occur in the observation and control group, but there is no significant difference between the groups. Conclusion The clinical effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy for smal cel lung cancer is significant. And it is worth of promoting the use of clinical practice.
