摘要
目的：探讨护理干预对预防产后尿潴留发生的效果评价。方法将2012年1月至2012年6月200例自然分娩的产妇随机分为对照组100例，实验组100例。对照组进行常规护理，实验组在进行常规护理同时给予全面的护理干预。观察2组产后尿潴留发生率。结果实验组的产后尿潴留的发生率明显低于对照组( P<0．01)，差异有显著意义。结论对自然分娩的产妇进行全面的护理干预，能有效降低产后尿潴留的发生率，减轻产妇痛苦，体现人性化服务。
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing intervention on prevention of postpartum urinary retention effect evaluation. Method From January to2012June2012200 cases of natural childbirth pregnant women were randomly divided into100 cases in the control group, the experimental group100 cases. The control group routine nursing, the experimental group were given routine nursing care in comprehensive nursing intervention. To observe 2 groups of postpartum urinary retention rate. Results The experimental group the occurrence of postpartum urinary retention rate was significantly lower than that of control group ( P<0.01), there is significant difference. Conclusion The natural delivery in a parturient with comprehensive nursing intervention, can effectively reduce the occurrence of postpartum urinary retention rate, reduce maternal pain, humanized service.
