Nursing study of treating hypertension basal ganglia region cerebral hemorrhage through lateral fissure of cerebrum region under microscope
Objective:Exploring the clinical nursing of treating hypertension basal ganglia region cerebral hemorrhage through lateral fissure of cerebrum region under microscope. Methods:Radomly choosing 80 hyertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients who accepted hematoma craniotomy removal in neurosurgery in the second affiated hospital of north Sichuan medical col ege. Radomly divided into two groups(A/Bgroup),each group had 40 patients;A took general nursing,B took general nursing and psychological care;Observing the clinical teating effect and nursing satisfaction.Results:The the clinical teating effect and nursing satisfaction in B groups is better than A group(p<0.05).Conclusion: The general nursing and psychological care can effectively improve the the clinical teating effect and nursing satisfaction of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients.
