objective to 26 cases of thoracic lumbar spine fracture combined with paraplegia summarize clinical treatment of chest trauma patients, and to provide corresponding basis for clinical treatment. Methods review of 26 patients admitted in our hospital in recent spinal thoracic lumbar fracture combined with paraplegia patients with thoracic trauma, to explore the diagnosis and treatment of the disease combined. Results 26 patients were treated as fol ows, cure of 25 patients with thoracic trauma, 1 cases of thoracic lumbar spine fractures paraplegia with severe chest trauma patients died; Fracture with paraplegia recovery in 5 cases, the effect is improved in 7 cases, the remaining 13 cases (including) in patients with no surgery effect is not obvious. Conclusion timely and correct treatment, treatment has a direct impact to the improvement of the symptoms.
