临床护理路径在精神分裂症恢复期健康教育中的应用及效果评价

目的:探讨临床护理路径在精神分裂症恢复期中的应用效果。方法:将108例精神分裂症恢复期患者分为两组,观察组54例按照临床路径进行健康教育;对照组54例按照传统健康教育方法进行健康教育。结果:观察组患者健康教育达标率、患者满意度、住院平均时间和住院费用与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义( P<0.01)。结论:应用临床护理路径对精神分裂症恢复期患者实施健康教育是一项规范、高效、安全的护理措施,可提高患者实施健康教育知识的知晓率和对护理工作的满意度。
Application and effect evaluation of Clinical care route at health education during recovering period of schizophrenia
Objective: The aim is to probe the application effect of clinical care route during recovering period of schizophrenia. Method: separate 108 schizophrenia recovering patients into two groups, 54 patient in one group is named observation group, who get health education in accordance with clinical route; the other 54 patients are in comparing group, who get traditional health education. Result: Compare the qualification rate of health education, satisfaction of patients, average time staying in hospital, and charge between the two groups, the difference has statistics significance (P<0.01)Conclusion: The application and of Clinical care route at health education during recovering period of schizophrenia patients is a normative, high-efficient and safe method, can improve the awareness rate and satisfaction degree of health care job.
