摘要
目的：观察正清风痛宁电致孔透皮给药治疗颞颌关节紊乱病的临床疗效。方法：将90例颞颌关节紊乱病患者随机分为两组，实验组50例用电子脉冲治疗仪透皮给予正清风痛宁治疗，对照组40例口服美洛昔康片治疗。观察两组治疗前后患者开口度、疼痛等变化。结果：治疗3疗程后总有效率实验组为98.0%，对照组为82.5%，两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。观察6个月后总有效率治疗组为94.0%，对照组62.5%，两组比较有显著性差异（P ＜0.05）。结论：正清风痛宁电致孔透皮给药治疗颞颌关节紊乱病有显著临床疗效。
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Zhengqinfengtongning injection iontophoresis on temporomandibular disorders. Methods:Ninety patients of TMD were chosen and devided randomly into two groups. the experiment group:50 patients were treatmented by Zhengqinfengtongning injection iontophoresis ,another group was the contrasrive group:40 patients by Meloxicam .The mouth opening and pain-cured of two groups were observed. Results:After 3 courses of treatment, total effective rate of experimental group were 98.0%, and 82.5% in the control group, there were significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After observation of 6 months, the total effective rate of treatment group was 94.0%, control group 62.5%, two groups had significant difference (P < 0.05).
