摘要
为探讨保留皮桥治疗环形肛瘘的疗效，回顾分析21例采用此方法治疗的环形肛瘘患者资料。结果显示，21例中在手术后有3例复发。其中2例支管过多，管道弯曲，死腔囊大成8字形，难找准内口和清除感染源。1例内口为骨盆直肠间隙，内口找寻不准，其余18例治疗顺利。经1-5年询访，15例痊愈，治愈率71%。结果表明，保留皮桥法是治疗环形肛瘘的理想方法。
Abstract
To explore the curative effect of treatment of annular anal fistula, keep skin bridge retrospective analysis of 21 cases of annular anal fistula patients using this method to treat information. The results showed that 21 cases, 3 cases of recurrence after surgical management. Including 2 cases of branch pipe, pipe bend, dead space capsule dacheng figure 8, difficult to get inside the mouth and remove the source of infection. 1 case inside the mouth for pelvic rectum gap, inside the mouth to find no, the other 18 cases were treated successful y. By 1-5 years to visit, 15 cases recovered, the cure rate was 71%. The results show that the retention skin bridge method is ideal method for the treatment of annular anal fistula.
