Objective:Observation the changngs of electrocardiogram in patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.Methods:80cases of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus patients were had 12-leads surface electrocardiogram.Results: Electrocardiogram abnormalities have 29 cases ,the rate was (36.25%), of which ,ST-T changes were 9 Cases(11.25% ); low voltage were 6 cases(7.50%); sinus tachycardia were 5 cases (6.25%); sinus bradycardia were 3 cases(3.75%); sinus arrhythmia were 2 cases(2.50%); each one case of atrial premature beats、premature ventricular beats、bundle branch block、atrioventricular block(1.25%). Conclusion: Electrocardiogram changes were common in patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.,and it shuld be used as routine examination.
