摘要
目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者酮症酸中毒的原因及延续护理。方法：回顾性分析我科2013年1月-2013年12月住院的确诊为2型糖尿病、糖尿病酮症酸中毒的患者。结果：105列2型糖尿病、酮症酸中毒中，60岁以上的患者34列，35岁以上的71列。结论：我科57%的2型糖尿病、酮症酸中毒的首要原因是治疗不当；未经治疗的2型糖尿病患者，病情进展快的，DKA可作为首发症就诊[1]。
Abstract
Objective to explore the cause of type 2 diabetic ketoacidosis and continue nursing methods a retrospective analysis in January 2013 - December 2013 in the hospital diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and 105 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis results in type 2 diabetes, ketoacidosis, 60 patients over the age of 34, 35, more than 71 columns.
