摘要
目的：探讨静脉留置针在NICU中的应用及护理。方法：从选择血管、穿刺方法、固定、封管、置管后护理等保证新生儿在治疗期间延长留置时间及预防并发症的发生。结果：减少患儿反复静脉穿刺的次数并减轻疼痛，保护穿刺部位方便给药。结论：留置针作为换代产品，极大的方便了临床用药，尤其对于NICU来说是为抢救提供了有利条件，并提高了护士的工作效率。
Abstract
objective to explore the application of venous indwel ing needle in the NICU and nursing. Methods from the blood vessels, puncture method, fixed, sealing tube, catheter care after newborn extend the indwel ing time during treatment and prevention of complications. Results reduce the number of repeated venipuncture and relieve pain, protect the puncture is convenient. Conclusion indwel ing needle as the upgrading of products, greatly convenient for clinical medicine, especial y for NICU provides favorable conditions for rescue, and improves the work efficiency of nurses.
