摘要
目的：用中药护肝I号联合恩替卡韦，治疗慢性病毒乙肝的疗效探讨；方法：选择初治慢性乙肝患者400例，随机分成治疗组和对照组各200例，治疗组采用中药护肝I号，恩替卡韦分散片；对照组单纯采用恩替卡韦分散片；观察两组病人治疗后的生化、病毒、以及T细胞指数的变化；结果：治疗组显效率明显高于对照组.两组治疗后肝功能、HBV-DNA水平均明显下降, HBeAg/HBeAb转换率高，CD4+水平明显升高（P<0.05），CD8+明显下降（P<0.05）；两组患者服药24个月停药,3个月后检查,肝功能、H B V-D N A，治疗组反弹率为5.50%，对照组反弹率为44.00%，两组存在显著差别（P<0.01）；结论：中药护肝I号治疗慢性乙型肝炎可以提高恩替卡韦抗乙肝病毒的疗效，降低反弹率。
Abstract
Purpose. By using traditional Chinese medicine dialectical method, reforming Immunity to enhance therapeutic efficacy that nucleoside analogs inhibit HBV, as wel as explore it’s immunity mechanism.Method.:Selecting 400 cases patients with chronic hepatitis b (CHB) and divide them into two groups, treatment group and control group. Treatment group, using traditional Chinese medicine modified decoction for invigorating the spleen and kidney, and routine Entecavir Dispersible Tablets. Control group, only using Entecavir Dispersible Tablets. Observing their clinical efficacy and cel cular immunity changes after treating.Result. Significantly effective rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine Immunity Reforming Method is obviously higher than control group (P<0.01). After treatment of two groups, their standards of liver function, HBV-DNA are both decreased significantly(P<0.01,P<0.05). The treatment group’s turnover rate is high after treating, standard of CD4+ is obviously increased (P<0.05), and CD8+ is obviously decreased(P<0.05). The control group’s standards of CD4+and CD8+ is both without significant changes (P>0.05). Drug withdrawal when two group’s patients taking medicine for 24 months, and test their liver function and HBV-DNA, the bounce rate of treatment group is 5.50%, and 44.00% of control group. There are significant differences between them (P<0.01). Conclusion. Traditional Chinese Medicine Reforming Method could improve the efficacy that nucleoside analogs inhibit HBV and lower bounce rate.
