36 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease characteristics and nursing strategy
Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, and to identify nursing. Methods: The hospital in March 2010 -March 2011 36 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease characteristics were observed, and identify appropriate nursing. Results: Hypertension is a major factor leading to the onset of coronary heart disease in elderly, elderly patients with coronary heart disease characteristics mainly, double, triple vessel disease-based, rich col ateral circulation, in addition, patients with more complex coronary artery disease , 6 patients with at least one coronary artery occlusion, two patients had subtotal occlusion. After a series of treatments, the patient's total effective rate was 100%. Conclusions: Elderly patients with coronary heart disease is very complex characteristics, we must find the right approach to care, improve the patient's prognosis.
