摘要
目的：探讨高龄冠心病患者的发病特点，找出护理对策。方法：对我院2010年3月-2011年3月36例老年冠心病患者的发病特点进行观察，并找出相应的护理对策。结果：高血压是导致老年冠心病患者发病的主要因素，老年冠心病患者的发病特点主要以，双支、三支病变为主，侧支循环丰富，此外，患者的冠脉病变越来越复杂，6例患者冠状动脉至少一支完全闭塞，2例患者出现次全闭塞。经过一系列护理之后，患者的总有效率达100%。结论：老年冠心病患者的特点非常复杂，必须要找到合适的护理方法，改善患者的预后情况。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, and to identify nursing.
